Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through a myriad of customer service channels.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery in order to address customer concerns related to orders, products, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update product listings on our e-commerce platform with accurate information including descriptions, images, stock availability and pricing etc.
Requirements:
- Some experience in customer service or a similar role, especially in e-commerce operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as good familiarity other online/cloud applications.
- Experience with e-commerce shopping platforms and content management systems is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet KPIs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Other information:
- 6-day work week/44 hours per week.
