Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Management:Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
   Replace components for servers, including mainboards, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSDs, network line cards/modules, transceivers, and cables.
   
2. Technical Support:Respond promptly to service issues and requests from customers.
   Provide technical support to address a wide range of IT-related concerns across various customers.
   
3. On-Site Support:Offer on-site support for IT issues at customer offices, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
