Responsibilities:

Manager (Residential Property Development Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the team in property development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, includes the architect, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the project within required time frame, budget with excellent quality standards
• Conduct feasibility study for land parcels available for tender with senior management and business development team;
• Ensure that the completed projects are consistent with the design concept, with excellent quality standards to that meet and exceed the expectations of the purchasers;
• Ensure that the design scheme, look and feel of projects are according to the company’s requirements and directions;
• Manage tender and awards of various contracts as well as construction and contract administration;
• Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals.
• Plan, forecast and review and report the monthly development cost for the project;
• Track project milestones and deliverables and to effectively communicate to the stakeholders of the project progress, issues and mitigation plans;

Requirements

• Managing production schedule and monitor overall production output levels while maintaining quality assurance
• Managing food and packaging with a focus on sustainability
• Investigate, mitigate and recommend ways to improve kitchen production and processes
• Support the implementation of new technology solutions within the kitchen
• Train junior staff and plan duty roster
