• Ensures financial stewardship at a project level by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the contract, resource alignment to budget, management of Out of Scope activity, drive the Con Mod process/negotiations and team execution to timelines.

• Ensures project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent, preferably in biological sciences or healthcare-related disciplines
• Real World Evidence and Late Phase experience is required including but not limited to observational studies, post-authorization safety surveillance, patient reported outcomes and registries
• Experience in working on a wide range of therapeutic indications
• At least 2 years project management experience within clinical research and study operations
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years’)

• Extensive knowledge of operational aspect of observational studies, clinical trials, end to end delivery of project.
• Excellent technical and systems proficiency, such as computer skills, to include effective use of systems and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as organization systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Restaurant Assistant Manager responsibilities include ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on our needs, managing contracts and payroll and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
• Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff
• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

Requirements

• Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• Certification in hospitality is a plus
