• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance digital awareness and engagement of the museum and its offerings and help scale the museum towards mass-personalisation marketing.
• Manage the National Museum of Singapore, Changi Chapel and Museum as well as Reflections at Bukit Chandu websites, overseeing the design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites, particularly integration of CMS (Sitecore) and CRM systems.

Reporting to the MEP Construction Manager, the candidate will be accountable for insuring the Mechanical Subcontractors perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on managing the Mechanical Subcontractor field installation details for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.  

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed individual with extensive previous experience working as an Mechanical Site Manager or Construction Manager on data center projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating approved design documents and ensuring installed work in the field are in compliance with such documents.  The candidate must have excellent Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Job description:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, mechanical systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.

• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Mechanical, Electrical and CSA subcontractors during construction.

• Log and post all mechanical changes and as-built information on field drawings. Provide such information to VDC team so such information can be incorporated into the final virtual model.
