· Assists the contract manager in providing effective support to project management teams by ensuring that the contracts are administered in accordance with contractual obligations and effective cost management strategies;

· Carries out pre-tender activities in the award of trade packages by conducting site show round and ensuring the completeness of tender drawings/documents;

· Seeks clarifications with the respective consultants regarding discrepancies in the scope of work and drawings; replace all addendum drawings and BQ pages after clarifications;

· Seeks quotation from the respective trades and follows up on submission of quotations;

· Takes up quantity as per BQ and the detailed breakdown in the Excel sheet;

· Reviews tender pricing with contract manager; understands the project schedule, profit margin and goodwill discount; attends tender interviews; goes through tender reply with contract manager and prepares reply accordingly;

· Reviews letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender;

Job Descriptions

• To study contract documents and perform measurements;
• To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with Client's representative on claims and variation costs;
• Call quotations, compare prices and prepare Bill of Quantities to arrive the tender pricing;
• To prepare budget statement monthly and review by Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager
• To review and verify the Subcontractor's/Supplier's claims and prepare payment Certificate;
• To attend site, progress claim and tender meeting;
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period;
• To maintain the Quality System in the Contract Department; and
• Be responsible for any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time as your superior/Management deem fit

Requirements

• Work independently with minium supervision

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Bluebeam and Project Schedule

Responsibilities:

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare tender submission, follow ups an carry out tender presentations for M&E related works.
• Quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costs used in the tendering process.
• To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.
• Oversee of review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings.
• Progress monthly payments, claims and final account settlement
• Interpret technical design/ drawings and checking installation drawings (M&E)

Job Description:

1. Support the Tender Team by Interpreting Contract Drawings, Measurement of Quantities, preparing Bill of Quantities, Interpretation of Specifications and to Request for Information and Clarification.

Requirements:
