• Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
• Need to go varies site for valuation
• Attend site meeting

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building condition of contract.
