Responsibilities

• Must have experience in building maintenance work
• Able to work independently with Sub-Contractor, Customer to resolve site issues
• Prepare tender submission;handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
• To attend site meeting whenever is required
• Materials ordering for sites.
• Any ad-hoc duties assign.
• Estimate the overall cost of the project
• Basic admin task knows how to handle

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
• At least 3 to 5 years QS experience in Buiilding maintenance work
• Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, e.g.)
• Familar with claim and qutation preparation
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
• Knowing drafting is a plus point

Job Description

Pre and post contract administration and quantity surveying including the following: -

• Cost estimating and cost planning.
• Preparation of tender documents (including measurements and Bills of Quantities).
• Tender management including evaluation of tender submission.
• Assist Contracts Manager, Project Manager in Contract management and cost monitoring, management of interim/progress payment, including variation assessment and finalisation of account.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, logistics, material management and the ability to provide cost and financial advice.
• Relevant duties as and when assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/ Building Services or higher qualification recognized by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in supporting Project Managers/Contract Managers in the delivery of projects in engineering and construction industry.
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player.
• Able to manage stakeholders (Contractors, Client and Consultants).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced in Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) preferred.

Quantity Surveyor

• Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 + AWS + Allowance (Transport & Mobile)
• Location: Potong Pasir
• Working Hour: 5 Days + Alt Saturday (9am-6pm; 9am-1pm)

Requirement:

• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably experience in Curtain Wall or Building Project.
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
