• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec/ Diploma and above
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided

Scope:

• Scanning of documents for archiving
• Assist in Records Management
• Handle corporate card application process
• Support Facility Management / Health & Safety matters to ensure the safety, tidiness and convenience of working environment is in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Reception duties e.g. incoming couriers,visitor management, incoming calls / emails from public

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experiences is preferred
• Prior admin/receptionist experiences
