Job Description

a) Providing office support service

• First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
• Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.

b) Visitor management

• Attending to walk-in customers

Job Scope:
Man the reception counter in the General Office.

• Answering phone calls and attending walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.
• Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay. including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons
• Manage lost and found items
• Update staff contact list and movement chart
• Send/Mail letters and documents to students and parents
• Tidy and maintain cleanliness around the reception area
• Assist with paperwork for any student-related activities and events
• Data entry on the computer
• Perform other related administrative duties as required (Eg. track bus requests, booking of facilities, filing, etc.)
• The job scope may be reviewed from time to time as part of overall resource planning and deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) level (3 subjects including English)
• At least three (3) years’ experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment.
• General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
• Basic knowledge of first aid

Duration of service:

From 16 December 2024 to 15 November 2025

Working hours:

· Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.30pm inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

· Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Salary:

- $2390 (from 16 dec 2024 to 30 june 2025)

- $2580 (from 1 july 2025 to 15 nov 2025)
