Receptionist

• Attend to the counter reception
• Register patients digitally
• Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
• Communication with laboratories on collection, shipment and reception
• Responsible for fee collection and daily accounts
• Involved in submission of CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims

Dental Assistant

• Assist dentist for dental procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of the dental treatment room and all clinical areas
• Stock taking and updating inventory
• Follow-up on patient's lab cases

The Services required are set out as follows:

Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.

Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.

Handle walk-in customer service.

Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.

Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).

Receptionist Duties:

Acting as a first point of contact for the office, attending to visitors and phone calls.

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting room.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Office administrative support such as office documents filing

Handle day to day administrative work;

In-charge of office pantry, environment & cleanliness and office stationery.

Requirement:
-Able to multi-task, as well as, work in a fast paced & collaborative environment

-Experience in office management software such as MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder management skills
