Working hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri
Location: Bukit Timah/ Dempsey
Job Scope:
• Mend the reception, ordering of office supplies
• Engage parents, children, and to work cooperatively with colleagues; attend to school kids matters
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments – staff, visitors/contractors and parent
• Keeping tabs on both staff and children attendance
• Various administrative duties – filing, updating registers/key documents using MS Word/Excel
• Maintain manual and computer filing system
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Principal. (supporting end and start of day routines as well as lunch time arrangements)
Job Requirements:
• Min. 2-3 years of prior receptionist experience
