The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Attend to telephone calls, emails, front desk reception walk-in

enquiries (vendors, parents, students, general public) and receipt of

deliveries.

2. Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to

students and parents. To be present during curriculum days with the

exception of occasional leave-taking (subject to approval).

3. Facilitate communicate within the school by ensuring necessary

information is properly transmitted.

4. Attend to minor student injuries/ accidents and maintain the student

injuries/ accidents records file.

5. Assist with administrative duties e.g. filing, data entry, student

attendance update, collection of forms.

6. Perform daily upkeeping of counter cleanliness and keeping the area

neat and tidy. Help contact parents, students, teachers and vendors.

7. Assist with school programmes/ initiatives e.g. P1 Registration

Exercise, P1 Orientation Day, Temperature Taking Exercise etc.

8. Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school.

Job Description

• Assist in school’s General Office operations such as answering phone calls/walk-ins in a timely manner; taking and relaying messages where necessary
• Attend to sick/injured students, ensuring such cases are recorded in the office log book
• Assist in office administration matters and clerical work, including receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail /deliveries /posts/ couriers, maintaining a log book.

Job Requirement:

Job Description

Reception Duties:

• Receiving visitors and render assistance to contractors/ vendors.

• Render assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs and simple non-life threatening first-aid support at the sickbay. To escalate to office staff immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.

• Handle situations when pupils vomit and soil their clothes, loan of uniforms, ad-hoc sewing of buttons on uniform, etc.

• Print and pass the Early Dismissal Form to parents. Phone Call Duties:

• Handing phone calls on queries, feedbacks and requests.

• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Front Desk Admin Duties:

• Issue and collection of keys to staff/students/vendors.

• Manage incoming/outgoing mails and deliveries. (record, sort & distribute daily mail).

• Maintain resource files required for counter duty.

• Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.

• Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.

• Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school.

Job Requirement:
