Join us as a Recruiter, APAC
We are seeking a strategic and execution minded Recruiter with a proven track record in the tech, fintech, or financial services sector, showcasing the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment. The position is a hybrid role based in our Singapore office.
As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with senior leaders in our US and Singapore HQ to support and manage the Talent Acquisition portfolio for our Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A organizations panning across APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles, including GTM, marketing, G&A, and product roles.
- Build and manage active and passive candidate pipelines utilizing diverse sources such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X Ray searching, event attendee lists, etc.
- Execute on talent acquisition strategies, including initiatives for diversity hiring, talent marketing, and recruitment events to align with organizational goals.
- Perform talent mapping to provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to streamline and enhance effective hiring processes, optimize role leveling, and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures for all roles.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on key recruitment metrics and recommendations to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency through data-led decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company culture, values, and mission.
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of sales, marketing, product, or G&A recruitment experience in an in-house function and/or agency environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven success in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and talent landscapes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Proven ability to champion diversity hiring, implementing strategies and executing initiatives that attract and hire underrepresented people, while actively mitigating bias in our hiring practice.
