• Work with the business development team to communicate and value-add of company/ CMP Programme to build relationships with employers and secure new vacancies
• Understand employer business needs and partner with them to fulfil their hiring requirements by matching suitable Job Seekers accordingly
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market, employers and industry sectors

c. In-Work Support

• Support Job Seekers through their first 12 months of new employment via monthly calls to ensure sustained employment
• Assist Job Seekers with adjusting to their new work environment, troubleshooting any issues that may affect sustained employment

d. Administration & Quality

• Adhere to company, Project and WSG guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
• Document all correspondences and support rendered to Job Seekers on CRM system
• Ensure Job Seeker details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Job Seeker information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with relevant transferable straits
• IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software
• Experience working in a customer facing environment

Limited (HITL) is a regional treasury center of for Asia and it is also responsible for

centralizing and managing the business requirements of the system.

System provides various types of financing (Group Loan, Fund Placement, Reinvoicing and AR

Factoring), cash management (Cash Pooling and Netting), risk management (Foreign Exchange

Transaction and Guarantee) and corporate treasury outsourcing services to the company

companies.

The system is under continuous improvement and maintenance, ranging from operational

support to add new data and updating mapping tables, as well as configuring new features

arising from the dynamic context of corporate treasury, and performing regression testing linked

to regular system updates.

We are currently seeking qualified professionals to lead our Treasury operation system as a

Maintenance Team Lead.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of System Operation/Maintenance Support based in various locations.

• Consolidate and allocate service requests related to system defect, system enhancements

and configuration changes to the operation Business support, operation IT support or

maintenance IT support.

• Advise and guide existing and new team members on SAP Treasury

• Monitor and track support team performance.

• Summarize cases and communicate to IT management team based in Japan as well as

business stakeholders based in Singapore,

• Escalate and track system defect with service providers and SAP,

• Review and approval internal documentation.

Requirements

• Around 10 years’ experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and In House

Cash (IHC), preferably SAP S4 HANA.

• Solid SAP foundations with SAP FICO experience.

• Prior experience in handling support and application management support for a vendor or a

system integrator.

• Team leadership skills, promoting a sharing and learning culture across members.

• Ability to summarize large amount of information and communicate effectively to various

internal stakeholders.

• Ability to correctly understand business requirements and recommend optimal solutions.

• Problem solving oriented and able to articulate various solutions with pros and cons.

• Ability to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full set of accounts with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, annual reports, and reporting packages to support
  decision-making.
• Handle the preparation and submission of GST returns, collaborating with IRAS during audits.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance in their work.
• Liaise effectively with headquarters, external auditors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate
  smooth operations.

Requirement:

• A recognized degree in accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST regulations. (Preferred but not mandatory)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple full sets of accounts in an outsourcing environment. (Preferred but not mandatory)
