The role of the Client Services Onboarding and Digital Partnerships (CSODP) team is to drive the successful onboarding of fintech and non-FI client opportunities, and account manage specific regional/global clients. In partnership with the respective business account leads across AP and globally, the team will account manage and support the clients’ growth plans in AP. In addition, the team provides onboarding program management support to client opportunities new to Visa.

What a CSO&DP Consultant does at Visa:

The CSO&DP Client Success Manager (CSM) will manage the operational relationships with some of Visa’s key global and regional Digital Partners in Asia Pacific. The Consultant role will work closely with the respective business leads to strengthen relationships, enable new capabilities, manage the geographic and product expansion of the clients, optimise performance, drive Visa’s business agenda, and act as the overall client advocate.

The expectations of this role include the following and is not limited to:

• AP Client Services relationship lead for key global and regional digital clients which may include issuers, acquirers, merchants, technology partners, and the technical account management of the xPays.

What a Director, Management Consultant, Visa Consulting & Analytics for Regional Southeast Asia does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Strategy SME in Visa Consulting and Analytics practice lead for Regional SEA team based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payments strategy consulting across regional cluster comprising of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC) working with the respective VCA Market leads. The Director will be responsible for significant components of client consulting engagements, and in some cases leading end-to-end delivery of these engagements, within the Strategy practice vertical. Typically, this will involve the Director interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

As a Client Success Senior Consultant based in Singapore, you will be leading Client Services operational engagements for Visa clients together with the Client Success Lead for Singapore, serves as an operational/technical consultant and be the key contact for Singapore clients (Tier 1 and 2).  In addition, you will serve as a regional coordination point for United Overseas Bank, deliver customized solutions and provide a comprehensive view across markets minimizing duplication and boosting efficiency for client initiatives and projects.  This position requires execution, analytical and problem resolution skills, client relationship abilities and the role work independently.

As a senior leader in the APAC HR Transformation Consulting practice, you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts. You will be working on many of the following activities, either leading or as part of a global project team:
