Job Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping using SAP B1
• AP and AR management
• Collaboration with accounting firms at the time of settlement
• Preparation of materials leading to consolidated financial statements for the Japanese headquarters
• Preparation of board resolutions/report materials (once a quarter)
• Payment procedures (applications via online banking)
• HR/general affairs-related clerical work
• Other ad-hoc work

Job Requirements

• 3 years or more of related work experience
• English proficiency at or above daily conversation level (required for external communication, especially with accounting firms)
• Japanese proficiency at or above business level (required for internal and external communication)
• Communication skills and ability to work in cooperation with others

Other Information

Salary: Monthly S$3,500-$4.200/month

Work Hours: 9：00am ～6：00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedule arrangements and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Oversee vessel operations to ensure safe passage and efficient fuel consumption.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Vessel Master, agents, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Arrange bunkering operations with a focus on cost efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with all relevant parties.
• Coordinate vessel repairs under suitable conditions to minimize costs and downtime.
• Monitor port conditions, such as congestion, and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Ensure all arrangements for new deliveries or re-deliveries adhere to established checklists.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in liner shipping operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• A competency certificate class 3 is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
