Key responsibilities:

• Drive Growth and Acquisition: Strategically develop the business to increase high-net-worth (HNW) and Accredited Investor trading volumes. Take ownership of the sales trading proposition in Singapore, actively growing the client base through referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building.
• Premium Client Engagement and Retention: Manage high-value client relationships with a proactive, tailored approach to enhance client satisfaction and trading activity. Develop and execute strategies for client onboarding, retention, and engagement to maximize long-term value.
• Execution of Sales and Trading Activities: Handle day-to-day sales trading, including managing inbound queries and executing client orders. Ensure a smooth trading experience by staying informed on market news and providing timely insights.
• Collaborative Market Positioning: Collaborate across teams to enhance the firm’s competitive edge and deliver optimal service. Contribute to strategic initiatives, marketing, and business development to support the achievement of office targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience with retail derivatives
• Strongly preferred: an existing client network or book of business.

Support Unified Comms Systems

· Maintaining Unified Comms system through preventive maintenance and follow ups on problem resolutions.

· Attending to user requirements and work with vendor to provide solutions.

· Work with other departments for smooth flow of processes and procedures.

Projects rollout

· Plan technical deliverables including system enhancements and upgrades to meet project requirements within allocated budget and schedule.

· Plan resource allocation and utilisation across the various project and quarterly releases.

· Plan and collaborate across different application teams and overseas counterparts to manage technical dependencies of the solution in the project delivery cycle.

· Monitor and manage risks /issues related to technical delivery.

1. Skilled in NICE Engage Voice Recording systems administration.

2. Experienced in various roles in Service Delivery, Vendor Management and Incident / Change Management

• Qualified Lawyer with minimum 7 years post qualification experience
