Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Communication:Handle customer inquiries, prepare contracts, track orders, and draft responses to customer emails.
   
2. Supplier Coordination:Work with suppliers based on customer requirements to ensure smooth order processing.
   
3. Order Management:Manage the business process from inquiry to delivery and support the team in achieving order completion targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Skills:Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with bilingual associates.

  Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role is preferred, with tender experience being advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements.
• Perform timely data inputs and updates.
• Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor, and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
• Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking
• Maintain the required operations turnaround time and provide supporting documents for
• accurate and timely customer billing.
• Maintain good relationship with customers by ensuring supply reliability.
• Perform data updates into logistics to support operation.
• Support fellow members in month-end closing operations.
• Back-up fellow team members in their operation as and when required.
• Provides clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation processing

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in any fields
• No experience required. Training provided
