Requirements

Main Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and test prototypes for strategic initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and propose a vision for strategic alignment and organizational mobilization. As the Service Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Create the vision for the product you will own, identify and prioritise the business needs for the product, identify the value proposition and ensure the values are being delivered

Who you are:
