Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science and engineering, or related field with equivalent work experience
• At least 8 years of experience working in backend development, with proven leadership experience in tech industry
• Proficiency with C++/Golang/Python/Java/Rust and modern architecture
• Efficiency in handling technical issues, producing new design ideas and substitutions where required
• Strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders in all levels – (business, product, design, and development)

Job Description

• To ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales
• To handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders
• To liaise with vendors to resolve all leadtime issues of equipment and negotiation of project prices and payment terms
• To monitor project status and forecast project risks and take preventive measures
• To work closely with Finance Team on invoicing status and cashflow projections

• To ensure inventory are all accounted for and kept to minimum at all times

• Perform admin duties in HR department
• Application, renew and cancellation of work passes.
• Prepare time sheet, review, and verify workers' time sheet approved by the department managers to ensure the accuracy and correct errors.
• Process payroll
• Maintain of employee data including create Personal files, updating data into system
• Submission of IR8A/IR21
• Guide hiring in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes
• Guide on boarding managers to enhance effectiveness of orientation, induction and assimilation programs and secure involvement of business leaders in the onboarding processes to assimilate new hires effectively.
• Ad-hoc duties the assigned by the supervisor (e.g. ISO and BCM audit)

Job requirement

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
