Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of passionate individuals focused on improving the security posture of the company's products and systems.

- Develop positive and trusted relationships with business partners both inside and outside of the company.

- Ensure individual support and talent development for direct reports, leading the team in terms of technical excellence and practicing ByteStyle principles.

- Design and perform tests and check cases to analyze design, architectures, existing systems services, operating systems, networks and applications from a security perspective, via black box testing, code reviews, automation, threat modeling and research. This is to meet confidentiality, integrity, authentication, availability, authorisation, and nonrepudiation standards.

- Translate requirements into test plan, write and execute test scripts or codes in line with standards and procedures to determine vulnerability to attacks.

- Certify infrastructure components, systems and applications that meet security standards.

- Discover security issues that appear under new threat scenarios, support incident response, forensics, remediation in a cross-functional environment driving towards incident resolution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors.

- 5+ years of security engineering experience such as design review, threat modeling, security mitigation development, security tooling development or privacy engineering.

- 2+ years of people management in an engineering organization, strong leadership skills and stress-resistance.

- Advanced knowledge and understanding in various disciplines: web application security, mobile app security, network security, operating system internals and hardening, applied cryptography, cloud computing. You're expected to be an expert in at least one of these areas.

- Solid experience in writing and reviewing code in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript (Node JS), Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust.

- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent debugging / troubleshooting skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting (US), internal controls, and a proven track record of successfully managing SOX compliance programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in all SEC accounting activities, contribute to the analysis of key business data to aid in the formulation of company strategy and facilitate informed management decision-making.

SEC Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and filing of accurate and timely quarterly and annual reports (20-F, 6-K) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and external auditors, to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in SEC reporting requirements and communicate relevant updates to the finance team.

SOX Compliance

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.
• Lead and manage the organization's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, ensuring the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify key controls and monitor changes in business processes that may impact internal controls.
• Coordinate with process owners to update and document control narratives, process flows, and control testing procedures.

Internal Controls and Process improvement

• Assess and enhance internal control procedures to strengthen the control environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline financial reporting processes while maintaining a strong control environment.
• Provide guidance and training to process owners and stakeholders on internal control principles and best practices.

Audit Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors in matters related to SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
• Facilitate the audit process, ensuring timely provision of required documentation and information.
• Address auditor inquiries and findings, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Technical Accounting Research

• Stay abreast of new accounting standards and regulatory changes (e.g. ESG, EU-ETS), including the implementation of new pronouncements.
• Conduct technical accounting research to address complex accounting issues and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a finance role with a focus on SEC and SOX compliance.
• Thorough knowledge of SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, IFRS and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Purpose:

Applies Project knowledge, Engineering knowledge and seasoned experience to independently manage the engineering and design of Marine facilities of FPSO project, resolve interface issues across different engineering disciplines and support the fabrication, installation, commissioning and start up of facilities and equipment/ utilities interface associated with the Hull and Marine of FPSO.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the multi-disciplinary engineering and design team of hull and marine facilities of FPSO project in order to deliver FPSO Marine engineering within budget, schedule and quality
• Provide leadership to the Marine engineering team and be the single focal point in the Project organization all issues related to Marine engineering to deliver consistent engineering design across all Hull and Marine facilities of FPSO.

• Develop Marine Engineering manning plan, engineering software budget , Third party study budget, approve engineering related variation orders from Ship Yard and suppliers.
• Lead in forecasting and mobilizing engineering and design resources for the Marine Engineering Team in the project.
• Lead in developing solutions to complex Hull and Marine Engineering problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating various precedents and data. Shall be capable of interfacing with with Clients on problem solving.
• Ensure identification and integration of Safety and Quality requirements in the Design to ensure safe operability and maintainability. Be the Marine engineering representative for any quality issues or NCRs raised during System audits on engineering team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 20 years' experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s) or MS degree plus minimum 18 years relevant experience. Diploma holders having 25-yrs experience with additional qualification/ Certificate (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered. Minimum 1 FPSO experience is necessary.
