This is a hybrid role where he/she is the regional demand planner for Greater APAC as well as a supply planner for APAC RDC. Under his/her stewardship as demand planner, to drive excellence in demand planning, to bring forecast accuracy and bias to the next level, and owns the regional demand review process.

Under his/her responsibility as a supply planner, to develop and execute supply plans for APAC RDC, manage RDC inventory, and meet inventory target(s).

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare and chair the monthly GAPAC regional demand review meeting, including RAF cycles.
• Serve as IBP Center of Excellence towards the OU & Country demand planners.
• Seek continuous improvements to regional forecasting process & practices, including but not limited, to adoption of Demand Sensing or Statistical forecast, ultimately resulting in improvement of forecast accuracy & bias
• Develop and execute supply plan for GAPAC RDC, guided by product forecast, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Be the contact point for all supply related matters for the assigned product families, including non-stock items
• Own and facilitate the phase-in-phase-out process for the assigned product forms, in close coordination with OU/countries

You bring

• At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience in demand and supply planning
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a must
• Minimum 4 - 8 years' of experience in animal nutrition & health or related industries
• Fluent in speaking English is a must. Other languages will be an added advantage

Job Description

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertising on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies is a pioneering quantum centre in the world offering a diverse research culture at the intersection of three different fields namely, theoretical, experimental Physics and computer science. The Senior Physics lead will be directly responsible to oversee the development of the quantum processor on the day-to-day basis and will be reporting to the principal investigator. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience in delivering complex time-bound projects in a fast-competing environment.

Job Requirements

We are looking for energetic, innovative and hands-on persons with a PhD in Physics/Electrical engineering. The candidate should have completed a PhD in atomic, molecular and optical physics or have post-PhD research experience between 1-3 years in this field. She/he should be a problem solver with a strong interest in the engineering aspect of the experiment.

Job Description

1. Focus on business goals, accurately defining problems, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide correct modeling and optimization ideas;
2. Responsible for the optimization of user growth-related algorithms and improving business growth.
3. Using Causal Inference, CLV Assessment, Real-time Bidding and other methods, to achieve real-time optimization of traffic and improve growth efficiency.
4. Utilize The Multi-modal Understanding and AIGC to achieve quality improvement and automated production of marketing materials;
5. Improve the efficiency of marketing full-link by optimizing personalized recommendation algorithms;

Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
2. At least 4 years experience of user growth technology;
3. Experience with at least the following two technical directions: RTA/RTB/SEM/Material Optimization/Landing Page Optimization;
4. Experienced in machine learning, causal inference, reinforcement learning and other technologies to build user models and improve user conversions;
5. Experienced in data analysis and problem-solving skills, and be familiar with used big data components;
6. Understand the leading technologies in the industry and be able to introduce them into the team to improve overall capabilities;
7. At least 4 years of experience in managing a team
8. Have good communication skills and team collaboration skills, and be able to implement complex cross-team projects independently;
