Job Description

• Oversee and maintain critical IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Respond promptly to services issues and requests through the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Utilising extensive knowledge in MS365, PowerApps, Power BI, and SQL for system integration, database management and user support.
• Provide training on new software, security practices and IT policies.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in OneDrive Sync and SharePoint management
• Experienced with Microsoft Teams and videoconferencing devices.
• Extensive experience working within MS 365 environment.
• Experience in Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience in Microsoft Security
• Skilled in PowerApps, Power Automate.
