Job Description
- Oversee and maintain critical IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Respond promptly to services issues and requests through the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Utilising extensive knowledge in MS365, PowerApps, Power BI, and SQL for system integration, database management and user support.
- Provide training on new software, security practices and IT policies.
The Successful Applicant
- Proficient in OneDrive Sync and SharePoint management
- Experienced with Microsoft Teams and videoconferencing devices.
- Extensive experience working within MS 365 environment.
- Experience in Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience in Microsoft Security
- Skilled in PowerApps, Power Automate.
