Responsibilities:

Mall Setup and Operational Management:

• Lead and actively participate in the setup phase of the shopping mall in China, working closely with construction and project management teams.

• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities and maintain high operational standards.

Tenant Relations:

Customer Experience:

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for the mall in China, ensuring financial targets are met during both the setup and operational phases.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends in both China and Singapore to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Implement cost-effective measures to optimize the mall's financial performance.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for the mall in China.
• Plan and organize events in China to attract foot traffic and increase the mall's visibility during and after the setup phase.
• Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to promote the mall in both China and Singapore.

Security and Safety:

• Implement and enforce security protocols in China to ensure the safety of customers and staff during the setup and operational phases.
• Work with security teams in both locations to address and resolve security issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in retail or mall management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of the Chinese retail market and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
