• Manages sales process to follow-up on leads generated by the organization;
• Work closely with the inside and outside sales teams to aggressively pursue opportunities where expertise and/or on-site assistance is needed;
• Accountable for the ongoing program knowledge that includes updates into training modules;
• Maintains an office at the Singapore location when not traveling on business;

Requirements:

• Work closely with counterparts from the inside sales team to review scripts on a regular basis for effectiveness;
• Review effectiveness of emails, LinkedIn and other outreach;
• Communicate effectively to develop and advance opportunities;
• Define targeted clients to try and penetrate and jointly create a strategy;
• Create your own leads from existing relationships as prudent and/or through request for referrals from clients to your develop.
• A good command of English and languages spoken in Nordics countries (Finnish & Swedish - will be an added advantage)
• Long proven history in international sales both in Asia and the Nordics preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel in the markets.
