About the role

The Associate Recruitment Consultant is an important member of our team, owning the end-to-end candidate management process, and delivering excellent hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.

• Partner and work closely with internal team to deliver a strong candidate pipeline;
• Develop a keen understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements;
• Use and manage candidate management tools;
• Contribute to awareness through a highly positive candidate outreach;
• Build market intelligence by identifying talent trends and contribute to knowledge sharing;
• Source and recruit candidates through various available platforms;

What you have

Brief Summary

The Regional Finance Director partners with the Commercial SVP to drive growth sustainably by driving efficiency in the investments being made to drive topline and bottom line as well. • Minimum of 10+ years of overall finance experience with current experience as Finance Director, Business Controller, Financial Controller having overseen region or Segment of minimum $500M to $800M in revenues. Experience built in Flavors, FMCG environment is highly preferred.
