My client within the educational space is currently looking for a a highly skilled

Regional Digital Marketing Manager/Lead to lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing initiatives across the region.

This hands-on role will drive B2C lead generation, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels to expand our reach and attract students.

The ideal candidate will have strong regional experience and a proven track record in managing digital marketing teams across multiple markets.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, your key responsibilities includes

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2C lead generation strategies tailored to regional markets, aiming to increase enrollments across all education programs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize lead acquisition funnels and maximize conversion rates.
• Oversee and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic traffic and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage paid media campaigns, including social ads, display, and retargeting, ensuring alignment with enrollment objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) regionally to engage prospective students and strengthen brand presence.
• Lead the digital marketing team with a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in campaign setup, managing paid ads, landing page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Foster team growth by providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and drive performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Make data-driven adjustments to ensure marketing efforts are efficient and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee the regional digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximizing campaign ROI.
• Work closely with sales, admissions, and other internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and regional priorities.

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
• Experience in managing and growing regional digital marketing teams across multiple markets in the region
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights, with experience using digital marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and training at the heart of team performance
• Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Client Advisors according to their needs
• You will observe interactions with clients on the floor and through active listening and questioning, you will coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop
• You will support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans after performing gap analysis of their teams, and in coaching their teams on selling skills through coaching the coach
• Provide on-going feedback to Store Managers and HR on the performance/progress of individual team members
• Leverage on Voice results to coach individuals and support the store to improve root cause of dissatisfaction
• Drive key training initiatives, e.g. “Client Experience”, through active and sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition
• In collaboration with Merchandising team, actively facilitate product training, including new launches, for store population. Develop skills of silhouette building combining product information with selling skills in order to optimize cross-selling. You will leverage on role play and on-the-floor coaching to enhance the benefits to the Client
• Ensure the Store Management team has full visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns etc.) making recommendations as needed
• Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up, partnering with the Store Management team, maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and ensure true retention of training contents.
• Facilitate on-boarding of new comers
• Ensure a consistent on-boarding for all new starters
• Liaise with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any field
• Store management experience preferred
• Keen interest in the fashion industry & technical product & trend awareness
• Retail experience in a management or training capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to form effective working relationships
• Outstanding time management skills
• Proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
