• Oversees the Fleet Systems team, which is distributed among all Global offices and External Consultants, to ensure cooperation and synergy.

• In charge of assisting all technical department teams in their analysis of business processes and conversion of company objectives into precise software specifications. Make Change Request Specifications and submit them to the Business User for approval.
