The WTSS is to manage safe access of track access and Works Train consist movement at the DTL project

Defined Areas within the station/tunnels/access shaft/depot

His duties are:

· Perform duties of a WTSS, as trained, at a temporary staging area, access shaft, depot, or mainline environment.

· Enforce the rules and regulations as trained in accordance with the Works Train manual.

· Ensure safe movement of Works Train consists/trains inside the Defined Areas in mainline station trackside and tunnels, lifting shaft or depots.

· Ensure safe access by person-in-charge and work parties in an energized Defined Area.

· Local control of all access, person-in-charge, work parties, and Works Train movement within Defined Area under his charge.

· Issue, control and maintain Works Train signage and equipment under his charge.

· Assist the Works Train controller/control centers in shunting Works Trains inside the Defined Area.

· Work with the Works Train controller, the Works Train consists and executes the instructions of the Works Train controller.

· Setting up of protection e.g sector limit boards, red flashing lights, short circuit devices, and throwing and securing of points.

· Assist in the on-the-job training of new WTSS attached to his workstation.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the Works Train Manager or his representatives

· NTC 2/3, GCE O-level or equivalent qualifications

· To perform any allocated shift

· To work independently and take instructions from the WTCO

· To take charge, monitor, and control small workgroups

· To report for duty during exigencies, etc.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced HR leader in Singapore to support the head office site in Singapore, and the PG Singapore based Country Manager and sales teams. This role will partner with the business on end to end site HR responsibilities including talent attraction and engagement, employee relations, benefits, wellbeing, governance and country talent development and planning.
The role will also be responsible for line managing the Heads of HR responsible for supporting the sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and India - ensure consistent ways of working, governance and approach by country.

• Activate the HR calendar of products, processes and enhancements for all employees in Singapore
• Lead and mobilise the Singapore leadership team to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
• Support the development of headcount and budget plans and leading their implementation year-on-year
• Work closely with Centres of Expertise on product development, delivery, and lead execution
• Partner with the business on onboarding and various manager development programs
• Lead HR transformation initiatives in collaboration with COEs and HRBP colleagues
• Provide consultation to leaders and employees regarding employee relations issues
• Support Recruiting, Inclusion and Diversity and Education initiatives in line with the HR people strategy
• Analyse people data and trends to inform business decisions on strategy, people and programmes

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Employment law, tax and regulation knowledge, particularly within the southeast Asian region
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels;
• Previous experience in managing a HR team in a matrixed organisation critical, leading a HR team across SEA (or regionally elsewhere) essential.
• Strong self-drive, oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;

• Provide psychological critical incident management
• Work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to provide evidence-based support for students with SEN or mental health condition or co-morbid issues.
• Conduct training on a range of SEN/mental health conditions and evidence-based intervention strategies for staff.
• Provide strategic support to University Counselling Centre (UCC)/University Wellbeing Office (UWO) on well-being and mental health policies.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in counselling, clinical or educational psychology with experience in psychological testing/assessment and use of tools for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Full membership of a relevant professional body and knowledge of and adherence to professional standards and code of ethics and other relevant regulations.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in a variety of treatment modals and working with clients with complex cases of risks and mental health disorders, including dual diagnosis preferred for Lead Counselling or Clinical Psychologists.
• 7-10 years of professional psychometric testing for educational and behavioural issues for students with Special Educational Needs for Lead Educational Psychologists.
• 4-6 years of experience in providing clinical supervision to psychologists.
• Training and experience in psychological critical incident management is preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in using tools for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning is advantageous.
• Experience in working with young adults, preferable in a university setting, is desirable.
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team and conducting Continual Professional Development training for staff is advantageous.
• Professional empathy and good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
• Leadership and organisational skills, including leading by example and garnering consensus.
