  • Represent and promote LKCSB Postgraduate and Professional Doctorate Programmes through outreach events in Singapore and overseas.

  • Responsible for on-target recruitment of quality students for LKCSB Postgraduate and Professional Doctorate Programmes.

• Admissions
  • Manage admissions process for LKCSB Postgraduate and Professional Doctorate Programmes smoothly and efficiently, including overseeing end-to-end processes to ensure that the admin process for respective programmes is adhered to.
  • This include managing prospects admissions experience from pre-to-post application, up to point of matriculation.
• Marketing
  • Work with respective Corporate Marketing managers and ensure the effective marketing and representation of LKCSB Postgraduate and Professional Doctorate Programmes in both local and overseas markets.
  • This includes the strategising, planning, implementation, and execution of all marketing and promotion related tasks and activities through both traditional and digital media.
• IT Systems
  • Ensure that our IT systems (eDMS, CRM, website, social media etc.) are supporting our recruitment efforts effectively. Candidate will also work with internal/external stakeholders to increase efficiency as well as efficacy, and be able to do some data analysis.

• Bachelors degree.
• At least 5 years of work experience, with experience in marketing education products, wholesale and retail in an Institute of Higher Learning, being advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good event management skills.
• Understanding of postgraduate programmes or higher education environment a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and video conferencing tools (WebEx, Bluejeans, Zoom, MS Teams).
• Ability to review marketing platforms and their effectiveness.

1. Take ownership of the assigned product throughout its lifecycle, from design inception to end-of-life.

• Create and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.

3. Provide support to design centers during prototype builds and data collection before pilot runs.

• Coordinate resources for building prototypes as needed by design centers.

• Work with manufacturing sites to collect Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) data for feedback to the Design team.
• Ensure the completeness of technical documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the database.

4. Effectively manage the Bill of Material (BOM) and SAP using standard practices, including Engineering Change Notification (ECN) management.

• Maintain the superBOM with standard part numbers.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Material Master Custody (GMMC) team to ensure SAP data integrity.
• Take responsibility for disseminating Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) to all stakeholders, ensuring proper change management procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred
• Diploma holders with related experience are also welcome to apply
