This role assists in the academic and student support aspects of the institution. You will work alongside with your colleagues to deliver and meet positive student outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Scope of Work:

a. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office

and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:

• Collating of data for the college

• Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.

• Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms

• Administer student / staff information

• Organise office stores and physical library resources

• Design and decorate the general office and library spaces
