Requirements:
Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts
IT savvy, proficient in Excel and computerized accounting software
Analytical and meticulous person with eye for details
Mature personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good spoken and written English
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is and added advantage
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for credit control ensuring that customers pay on time and to follow up on overdue accounts.
· To ensure that payments are made accurately and on time.
· Maintain full set of accounts includes AP, AR and GL.
· Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
· Handles month end closing which include prepayment and Accrual entries.
· Prepare Payables and Receivables aging report and reconciliation.
· Prepare reporting documents for Quarterly preparation of GST report.
· Petty Cash
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time
