As a part time assistant, dedicated to the export arm of the business, you will be working closely with the Managing Director to support his needs. Your job scope include;

• Doing data entry and assisting to update reports
• Assisting to create and issue invoices and receipts to suppliers and clients
• Assisting to sift through company emails and redirect them to the relevant personnel
• Helping to sort out company’s physical mails and highlight importance to action (if any) and file them accordingly.
• Assist to reply to standard email enquiries. (Training will be given)
• Helping to upkeep office housekeeping, stationeries, office equipment stock.
• General administrative duties
• Assist to prepare beverages for clients when they visit the office for meetings
• Assist to pack and label stock for exports (if any)
• Assist to collect delivery from suppliers (if any)
• Assist to organize for freight forwarders for export collection (if any)

Job requirements:

• Permanent part time position
• Singaporeans or PR only
• Ability to speak Malay
• Minimum ‘O’ levels or NITEC
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.

Schedule:

• 3 days a week between Mondays to Fridays to discuss and rotate with another part timer
• 5hours per day between 10am to 6pm

• $20 per hour

Your team
You will be working with a global team of technical experts while being close to commercial leaders via the Singapore Innovation Centre. You will receive guidance and coaching from Senior Directors on a regular basis.

• Proactively partnering with R&D leaders and teams to create & deliver programs and projects against their toughest business and innovation challenges.
• Have ownership of significant deliverables for a project/ program. Responsible for determining priorities, defining the work, and setting expectations to deliver against the business and R&D/project/program objectives.
• Define and solve business needs and problems of considerable scope by integrating knowledge, intuition, and continued hands-on, in-the-lab experimentation as needed.
• Set and re-adjust project direction and approach as new learning becomes available.
• Integrate internal and external innovation capabilities to resolve problems and deliver superior results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Science or Engineering fields
• 8+ years’ FMCG or relevant Innovation experience: envisaging, developing and delivering innovation to meet consumer needs and grow the business
• Experiences in applying the science in actual product innovation/ commercialization.
• Proven technical mastery and problem solving: including business, consumer and technical problem (re)definition, hypothesis development and learning plan delivery – leading to successful business outcomes and growth.
• Strong on acquiring up-to-date external information and working with external partners, integrating big amount of information into data-based insights & recommendations.
• Having an ability to envisage the future while finding the common ground and matching the external possibilities with internal needs, to create the joint vision and deliver the end business outcomes.
• Posses excellent international and interpersonal communication and influencing skills for internal and external relationship building and collaborations.
• Proactive & collaborative leadership and highly self-motivated to work across multiple internal and external organizational boundaries whilst maintaining a focus on the consumer and business outcome.

Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager

Location : Island Wide

Working Days : 44hrs per week including weekend and PH

Roles & Responsibilities

* To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.

* To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.

* To optimize use of given resources, especially on labour and F&B costing matters including maintaining of inventory and keeping wastages to a bare minimum.

* To be responsible for the performance of all boutique; achieve the outlet daily sales and up-sell sales targets set by the Operations Manager.

* To lead, supervise and motive the team to achieve the set targets, customer satisfaction and operations excellence.

* To constantly monitor the daily sales and assist the Outlet Manager/
