Main Responsibilities:

• To develop new business portfolios, strategic production, and development plans for the Company, including the identification of new business opportunities and the planning and development of new initiatives.
• To lead and manage the (re)insurance intermediation as part of the team including production, risk placing, client servicing, premium receipts, claims handling, and associated functions.

• Learn the use of GXB, help drive and encourage adoption of it throughout Price Forbes, and to ensure that Tracking is completed promptly to reflect the status of any risk.
• To ensure sound business practices and an adequate and pro-active risk control framework within the team and work within the authority.

• Maintain up-to-date and orderly files, and ensure documents are saved and files are passed on to the others in accordance with Company Rules and Procedures.

Client Service:

• Understand the (re)insurance cover of each client and provide pro-active service to expedite the production of policies, liaising between all parties and actively chasing information.

• Escalate any potential problems to Division Head / Directors at the earliest opportunity.

Representing Price Forbes

• Champion the Price Forbes name and core values.
• Represent Price Forbes with clients, agents, suppliers and other organisations.

Compliance:

• Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and Price Forbes & Group’s compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures and quality initiatives.
• Escalation of any potential E&O's to Division Head / Directors at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory Company training and to deadline.

Knowledge Required:

Sustainability Research Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Systematic Research, the Sustainability Research Specialist represents the Sustainability Research team in the Singapore office to both monitor developments and support activities in the Asian market.
