In this position at IME, you will be part of Advanced Process Module (APM) team developing and maintaining LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide and low stress SiN processes for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices. In this role, you will work closely with SiC and Photonics process integration & device design teams as well as key customers.

The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer the development and discovery of new and more effective methods for the treatment, prevention and control of new and emerging pathogens. The position provides the candidate a great opportunity to develop qualitative and quantitative research skills and work with international experts in public health policy, mental wellbeing, and maternal health. The job holder will be an integral part of a research project which examines the role of time use in the mental wellbeing of women with young children in Singapore.
