Job Description

• Prepare and pack high quality cuts of meats according to customer specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements. Majority of time will be spent operating processing equipment.
• Operation of Meat Processing Equipment; CryoVac, MultiVacs, Dicers, Needle, Slicer, Portion Cutters, Scales,
• Pack, trim and customize portions of meat products using knives, or other meat production equipment.
• Count and stack on tray portions per customer and company specifications
• Label portion with supplied number product labels
• Set up packing and labeling area as required
• Perform end of day functions
• Actively maintain, and merchandise partial cart
• Keep packing area and cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized.
• Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions
• Work continually in a refrigerated environment -18 °C – 10 °C

Automation Assistant Engineer / Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and maintain manufacturing lines, ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and is well-maintained.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day manufacturing operations, resolving issues independently and addressing capacity constraints to ensure reliable plant performance.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects, focusing on engineering solutions for cost reduction, process optimization, and supporting Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor machine component failure patterns and implement predictive maintenance schedules for critical equipment, managing machine maintenance and spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor SMART Technicians and Production Technicians to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
• Drive machine improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and reduce reject rates.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), improve cycle time on bottleneck equipment, and resolve capacity constraints.

Automation Assistant Engineer / Engineer Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or its equivalent
• Fresh Poly Graduate will be considered

Responsibilities:

- Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations, ensuring efficient patient care.

- Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.

- Ability to dispense herbal medicine to clients based on physician’s prescription

- Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.

- Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including housekeeping

- Potentially work across multiple clinic locations as needed.

- Be open to training for higher-level responsibilities.
