About this role:

We are searching for a dynamic individual whose focus will be to lead the Marketing team to raise brand awareness and to spearhead the marketing initiatives of the company on various platforms. This role will report directly to the Head of Digital & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player and function as a team lead for marketing team.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website optimisation, in line with overall marketing and business goals.
• Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral, etc.
• Sourcing and managing agencies where appropriate for key marketing functions.
• Manage and collaborate with external agencies to align and deliver the outcome of the marketing campaign in accordance to the business goals.
• Track performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure campaign success, including marketing spending.
• Responsible for annual marketing plan and budgeting thereafter manage budget and expenditures.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, providing insights for strategy development.
• Review and approve marketing materials such as EDMs, social media post, presentation, and any other materials submitted by agencies as per the marketing and social media guidelines.
• Constantly review and update the marketing and social media guide to provide clarity to the agency and to adhere to MAS guidelines.
• Act as subject matter expert regarding firm policies and provide appropriate guidance and training to agencies.
• Manage record-keeping of approvals as well as related internal communications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Management or its equivalent
• Possess a good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM and has experience in managing digital marketing agencies
• Self-starter with excellent initiative to constantly value-add

Job Description

​​1) Liaise with Branch’s front-office and back-office departments in processing of credit and trade transactions.

2) Evaluate corporate credit risk relating to credit terms and conditions prior to drawdown of facilities, to ensure full compliance and adherence prior to sign-off.

3) Monitor and ensure the applicable credit terms and conditions, repayment capability, conducts of account, securities and guarantees are under control.

4) Close monitoring of the related risks and other material developments for the credit risk assets, and to timely propose applicable risk solutions in accordance to Credit Risk Management framework and other related risk requirements.

5) Timely completing all risk management reports (including but not limited to Credit Asset Risk Limit Report, RWA, Commitment and Unused Limit Report, Branch’s Asset Analysis Report etc) and other reporting assignments.

6) Implementing the branch and Head Office’s designated risk related policies and instructions.

7) Drafting and updating credit management policy and procedure.

8) And other adhoc assignments assigned by department manager.

Job Requirement

- Degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent (ACCA, CFA, FRM etc)

- Minimum 8 year of banking risk management experience

- Good knowledge in finance, commercial laws, industries, political , economic environments in the global financial markets

- Good knowledge of credit assessment processes/procedures

- Able to work under pressure/tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Rendering patient care in an outpatient and/or day surgery setting.
• Assist in clinical and surgical procedures in an outpatient and day surgery setting.
• Booking of operating theatres, anesthetists, hospital accommodation, etc for inpatient or day surgery procedures.
• Follow up on patient’s review, patient’s postoperative recovery.

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Nursing
• Experienced enrolled nurses, patient services associates or healthcare associates are welcome to apply.
