4. Customer Relations Management

• Provide the best service in stores; lead by example and provide customer service to create own customer portfolio
• Apply customer service policies and procedures e.g. returns and refunds, product changes etc.

• Hold effective meetings with the teams on all customer related matters

People Management

1. Working Schedules

• Set the working schedules, floor plans according to the commercial necessity
• Organise the ALs of the staffs and ensure its compliance to the Labour Law
• Recording the productivity per hour in unit and value
• Training and development of staffs; identify training needs and taking actions
• Onboarding of new staffs

2. Appraisal

• Evaluate staffs and organize weekly feedback sessions
• Propose the promotions for vacant positions
• Recruitment of staffs
• Other matters: ensure the most efficient workforce management and deployment of staffs, disciplinary actions and warnings (only when necessary)

3. Risk Management

• Monitor the internal and external privacy policies e.g. data protection, workplace monitoring
• Communicate and train workforce on health and safety requirements
• Ensure all activities in the store are compliant with the local laws, regulations and company’s code of conduct

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands

• Must have valid forklift license & Inventory and warehouse management (WMS) / Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) system

• Weekly rotating 8-hour work shift
• Able to work on weekend or overtime where necessary; Meal and shift allowance given

Job Description

• Responsible for inbound receiving, perform visual inspection on physical packing conditions and quantities against Delivery Order.
• Responsible for storage after inspection.
• Responsible for all movement of inventory IN and OUT of warehouse.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for local and overseas deliveries
• Ensure practice of first-in-first-out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability.
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.

Job Summary:

Assist in the kitchen operations in areas of food preparation and processing, cleaning and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties to keep all areas of the kitchen clean and sanitized including floors, walls, drains, food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment daily and periodically.

• Remove food wastes from waste receptacles thereafter clean and sanitize bins.

• To assist in daily food preparation assigned by the Head Chef.

• Ensure that all food are processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and report to the management of any faulty equipment.

• Attend weekly service meetings to improve and enhance service level.

• Responsible to wear the uniform that is provided and to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

• Performs any other duties as directed by the Head Chef.
