About the Role:

PROMACH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role involves working closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of air-conditioning and refrigeration projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate job activities at the site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan.
• Assist Site Supervisors in managing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in handling client interactions.
