We are recruiting a Junior Assistant to join the executive team of our global organization that is committed to making progress inevitable. Working directly with the CEO’s Executive Assistant, this role will help plan and execute Antler’s global leadership’s calendar as well as our admin operations as we continue Antler’s growth—pursuing our fresh approach to early-stage investing and transforming startup ecosystems across six continents.

We are looking for a junior executive assistant to be a supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.
Objectives of this Role
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the global leadership, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Responsibilities
Support the Executive Assistant and the global leadership group with activities such as:
Admin
- Planning of travel, calendar management for management-level executives
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating events and communications
- Checking company email accounts and redirect requests to the applicable functions
- Owning process for application and renewal of work passes
- Liaising with government bodies, e.g. ESG and MOM
Operations
- Drive onboarding of new employees on to Antler’s systems and troubleshoot when access issues occur
- Act as the main point of contact for G Suite related admin
- Ownership of the Google Workspace, including but not limited to management and cleaning of Google emails, setting up Shared Drive folders and mailing groups
Office Management
- Support in maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
