About the Role

This is an exciting time to join the Costello Medical team as we are growing rapidly both in Singapore and internationally. This growth has been driven by our commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service and high-quality work. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide support to our senior management team in our Singapore office. You will take on significant responsibility for their administration to ensure the continued success of the running of the Singapore office, and you will also play an instrumental role in coordinating a variety of exciting projects.

As a Personal Assistant at Costello Medical, you will support several members of our leadership team. You would also be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries and requests. As well as supporting senior colleagues with diary management, collating agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes, you will also be responsible for:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the diaries of those you support, including scheduling and rearranging meetings, adding important events and project deadlines, arranging meeting rooms, and more
• Minute taking in meetings and assisting in following up on agreed actions afterwards, to support project delivery
• Scheduling events, including researching costs and providing budgets, liaising with venues, and booking facilities
• Assisting with the organisation of both domestic and international travel, as well as preparing itineraries for those you support
• Drafting, and reviewing the accuracy of, documents and presentations
• Contributing to the wider aims of the company, wherever possible
• Copying scientific details between different document types
• Answering telephones and taking messages
• Making purchases and processing expenses
• Proactively identifying additional ways in which the administrative burden on those you support can be lessened
• Responding to personal administrative tasks
• Other ad-hoc tasks in support of the rest of the Operations division and the wider Singapore office, including scheduling and arranging of interviews

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes an assessment for you to complete in your own time, followed by a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities

• Assist to provide basic medical care to patients
• Attend to patient’s comfort and hygiene needs safely and independently
• Clearing of soiled linen, bedpans, diapers as and when necessary
• Assist in rendering assistance to nurses when attending to Patient
• Monitoring patients and attend to queries
• Assist in Swabbing
• Assist patients with tele-medicine consultation processes when necessary
• Be attired in PPE and mask fitted
• Observe strict infection control practices in the care of patients

Requirements

• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Some experience in caring for seniors would be advantageous
• Trained in AED/BCLS with medic or paramedic background
• Prior experience in swabbing or who have been PPE/Mask-fitted are welcome to apply
• Must be able to commit to working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays of about 4 shifts per week (rostered shift work)

• Good team worker willing to cross cover duties within Accounts Department when required.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with operational staff.
