Established in 2007, the SMU School of Social Sciences (SOSS) provides high quality undergraduate and graduate education expanding SMU’s pedagogical strategy to the study of society, government, and individuals embedded within an increasingly complex world. Sustainabilityforms a core research priority for SMU under its Vision 2025 research strategy. Position:

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) invites applications for an open rank (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor) tenure track position in Sustainability, with a specific focus on environmental policy and governance, sustainable development, or environmental sociology to begin in July of 2025. Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program and Operations Preparation
