The study aims to establish a methodology and framework that will enable the systematic investigation of placekeeping and inform future policies and practices related to placekeeping in Singapore.

About the Position:

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about placemaking, placekeeping, and community engagement in urban planning and design and is looking to gain experience for a future career in research.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the PI and team members to perform experiments, document results, and analyse data.
• Assist purchasing of equipment, materials and consumables and provide general supports for the lab.
• Keep track of cell lines, plasmids and other reagents and materials in the lab.

Skills and qualifications:

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant fields of cell biology, biochemistry, virology or structural biology.
