Requirements:

· Qualifications in the Order and Goods delivery processor or related field

· Prior experience in SAP would be highly desirable

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc
• To act as customer liaison officer to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
• Coordinate with client on collection and delivery services via emails and phone calls
• Work with the technical department on scheduling and allotting of manpower for work orders
• To maintain and update projects database.
• To follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports and efficiently send out documents.
• Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Back-up for team members
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC
• One Saturday (half day) Every three weeks
• Computer literate

• Preparing all Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) accurately and within deadlines.
• Prepare and arrange 'Cash To Master (CTM)' with vendors.
• Process payment to suppliers and staff reimbursement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices for reporting.
• Prepare monthly AP journals, postings and schedules.
• Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Ó' level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Accountancy with no experience is welcome to apply.
• 5 day work week.
