Key Responsibilities:

· Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

· Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.

· Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

· Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

· Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).

· Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.

· Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.

· Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.

· Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

· Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

· Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

· At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.

· Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

· Strong drive to stay updated with the latest BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement.

· Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.

· Capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Role in This Journey:
As an Assistant Manager (Front of House), you’ll be the heartbeat of guest services. Every shift, every service, you'll ensure our guests leave with memories they want to relive. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Description:

• Handling of documentations of incoming shipments, including new stock, checking of B/L (Bill of landing) & commercial invoice againts P/Os for incoming orders.
• Data input of new items/stock into system including the allocation of goods.
• Sorting of goods transfer or good return note (GRN) from outlets.
• Data entry for inventory management
• Prepares basic reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems to summarize department statistics.
• Liaising with buyers & outlet supervisor on goods transactions/E-orders.
• Generating of picking order (internal D/Os) for outlets and customer.
• To participate in stock taking/Cycle count exercises when required.
• Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.

A team player to join and support trust relationship managers in daily administration of trust mandates.

· Assist the trust relationship managers in the daily administration of the trust mandates, including but not limiting to

- Processing of the bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents

- Processing of distribution requests, including name screening.

- Preparing of trustee and company minutes and resolutions where required

· Updating of records in trust system and upkeeping good accurate records of trust relevant parties information as well as trusts and/or company activities

· Assist and support in trust review preparation (if call for), review of trust deeds, letter of wishes, fees etc if required for BAU processing

· Contribute efforts for ad hoc projects

Requirements:

· Min Degree/Diploma holders

· At least 1-3 years in trust administration

· Team player

· Meticulous and have an eye for details
