Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Directors to further build client relationships and maintain/grow accounts. (e.g. collaborate on proposals, costs, account reviews, lead presentations/ discussions, etc.).

• Independently able to lead and manage standardized as well as customized studies (Including designing Questionnaires/discussion guides, analysing and evaluating results, and report writing)
• Independently able to develop, implement, coordinate, and manage research projects in collaboration with the internal Research team, external consultants, & operations team.

• Actively drive issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations, and consultative storytelling to clients in a straight-forward way.
• Proactively advise line-manager of client status, problems, and opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in Quantitative research is non-negotiable
• Competent and well-versed in all stages of market research (e.g. proposal writing, questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and presentation)
• Strong industry knowledge especially in the Brand Health Tracking domain.
• Experience in other disciplines such as U&A, segmentation, pricing, purchase journeys, and product and concept tests would be an added bonus
• Experience in managing a high volume of complex quantitative research studies under tight budgets and schedules.
• Good organiser with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, “get things done” attitude
• Well-developed interpersonal skills for internal and external clients

DRCS is a multi-study research centre focusing on the pathobiology of Asian Dementia and models of care for cognitive disorders. DRCS is helmed by Associate Professor Nagaendran Kandiah, an internationally renowned clinician scientist in the field of dementia.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Fellow with a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or Psychology to contribute to our center's ongoing research initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting critical research, employing neuropsychological testing, psychometrics, test validation, digitalization of tests, statistical analyses, and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct neuropsychological assessments for research purposes.
• Develop and validate psychometric tests (pen and paper, digital) relevant to dementia research.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses with large data sets.
• Design research and conduct analyses to identify brain-behaviour relationships, developing new assessment tools, to contribute to advancements in neuroscience.
