The Group You’ll Be A Part Of

This position will be part of the Business Operations team, based in Singapore, providing order fulfillment support to account team, as well as office general administrative support.

What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment

• Responsible for order fulfillment activities
• Provide Slotting and Configuration support including submitting slot/configuration change CTL, NSR follow up, SAP quote update, POA review
• Generate weekly BSR, BOBJ, outstanding PO, weekly meeting and ACU reports
• Provide necessary support to complete tool shipment including resolution of shipping document issues
• Support quarter end closure, ensure that all documentation is accounted for revenue recognition
• Provide SAP/NSR training to AT as required
• Responsible for key related KPIs (ILT Changes, Configuration Accuracy, SRD stability)

Office General Administration Support

• Handling general correspondence, including phone enquires and postal mail
• Manage office cleaning contracts and janitors’ day to day work schedules
• Manage and procurement of office supplies, cleanroom supplies, pantry supplies, customer year end gifts and ensuring equipment are properly maintained
• Employees support such as business cards, name plates and corporate telco subscriptions enquires
• Support the business operations director during QxR cycles on GA OpEx forecast
• Any other task assign by the immediate supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

• Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Business administration or similar discipline
• 5 years’ relevant experience in order fulfillment, relevant to semiconductor field
• Familiar to Lam products and experiences is a plus
• Experience in office administration and contractor management is a plus
• Excellent knowledge with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Familiar with SAP experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal relations skill
• Independent and can multi-task
• Meticulous with good organizing skill

Job Purpose

• A clinical research coordinator will assist Principal Investigator or Co-investigators to monitor the administration and progress of a clinical trial.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Trial

• Oversee overall clinical operations related to the conduct of the clinical trials.
• To adhere to compliance with Research Governance, Good Clinical Practice, Data Protection and Ethical Requirements.
• To ensure the study and study procedures are conducted in accordance with the study protocol
• To participate in patient recruitment.
• To ensure study entry criteria are fulfilled.
• To ensure informed consent procedure is followed.
• To coordinate patient visits for future tests and procedures.
• To schedule visit according to study protocol.
• To organize and participate in site initiation visit.
• To work in collaboration with study team to ensure trial preparedness.
• To monitor patients throughout the study to ensure study drugs are given according to protocol requirement.
• To arrange for clinical and laboratory investigations to be carried out according to protocol.
• Ensure results of investigations and X-ray films are collected.
• Maintains records of additional investigations for invoicing purposes.
• To collects and collates research data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely and accurate transcription of information on source documents, paper case report forms (CRFs), or electronic CRFs.
• To label and ensure biological specimens are delivered in the correct conditions as specified in the trial protocol.
• To assist investigator(s) in adverse events / serious adverse events reporting.
• To maintain confidentiality on patient data.
• To work with pharmacy to maintain drug accountability logs.
• To raise payment request forms for billing to companies
• Creation and maintenance of all trial files, including the trial master file, and oversight of site files.

Job duties:

• To ensure the provision of prompt and accurate clarifications to customer queries.
• To ensure that feedback and complaints are followed-up appropriately.
• To ensure 90% of the applications are processed within five working days.
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences.
• To ensure that all queries are replied within five working days.
• To ensure that all records can be retrieved quickly upon request; and
• Make outgoing calls in reply or in response to callers who leave their numbers and request that operators call them back.
• The job holder is required to possess sound knowledge of the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines relevant to the licensing regimes.
• The job holder also has to keep updated of any changes to the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
• The job holder is responsible for managing customers’ queries and feedback.
• The job holder has to scrutinize the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• The job holder has to analyze the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Your day to day

voco® Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic and passionate Security Officer to be part of this exciting rebranding project. As a Security Officer, you will perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.

People

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include all hotel staff, Corporate Hotel Management Group and Corporate Risk Management and Legal department.
• Assist in training/educating employees on current safety and security issues to ensure compliance with all Company loss control policies and current security, and safety regulations. Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of guests, employees or hotel assets.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to security equipment or hotel property as needed and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day’s work.

Financial

• Record necessary and pertinent incident reports or information to police and fire agencies involving investigations and to Corporate Legal department, Corporate Claims Management department, insurance agencies and outside attorneys to assist in case evaluation, settlement or defense involving lawsuits against the Company

Guest Experience

• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest related incidents, questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
• Investigate loss and safety incidents involving guests, employees and/or hotel loss and safety exposure and comply with state and government regulations and hotel procedures to prevent/minimize the loss from theft and other safety risk or litigation against the hotel. Such investigations may include theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, intoxication incidents, other guest complaints and safety hazard accidents and incidents.
• May have to administer CPR on guest or staff member in accordance to guidelines and communicate specified information to EMS/medical personnel as required.
• Complete documented reports in accordance to Company and hotel polices and procedures.

Responsible Business

• Perform daily inspection and ensure compliance of hotel security and safety requirements and procedures in order to protect hotel property, employees and guests against theft, crime, threats and safety hazards. This may include and is not limited to:patrolling and inspecting with specified equipment the assigned areas to include all public areas of the property including meeting rooms, entrances and outside building and grounds; monitoring surveillance cameras and checking areas for unauthorized persons or vehicles and coordinating towing of vehicles, unlocked doors and fire and safety hazards and document all actions
  maintaining the Security procedures and audit/department logs that may include lost and found, storing guests’ valuables, key control, emergency procedures, health and safety hazard procedures for all employees and guests
  ensuring all guest room doors are secured and assist guest with room access and moving/removing guest possessions or inventory if required
  escorting staff and guest to car if requested
  inspecting purses, packages or bags of employees if designated by management and employees work identification and accuracy of employee time cards as they arrive/leave the property
• Perform other duties as assigned; such as may handle deliveries received during non-business hours.

What we need from you

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Hotel experience will be an added advantage
• Possess a valid PLRD License
• Able work on rotating shifts (including night shifts), weekends and Public Holidays
