Responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership in transforming and maintaining high standards in the delivery of evidence-based PCC dementia nursing care in accordance with MOH Enhanced Nursing Standard for Nursing Home (ENHS), Healthcare Service Act (HCSA), Singapore Nursing Board Standard of Practice & Code of Ethics and person-centred care principles.

Requirements:
